It's been said that God has no grandchildren.
For if we, the children of God fail to raise our own in an environment of faith, they are less likely to come to know Him and to understand the peace of life. Let us not neglect to share our praises, our sorrows and our testament of all God has done in our life. I used to fear that if I told my children about a difficult time I was going through, that it would upset them or show me to be weak. But I've realized that they must see us call out to God in prayer, see us rely and depend upon His wisdom and strength, and see us praise Him for His faithfulness. For that is a life well lived in front of them. None of us is void of struggle, so why do we wish our children to not know the God who hears, the God who saves, the God who loves us so deeply. Let us proudly share with all generations the mighty, wonderful works of our Lord. Let Him be ever seen as Our Declaration of Praise!
